What am I missing?

    Hello community!
    I set up my own server and installed some plugins, defined permissions, etc. Now plugins work excellent, just I can't place or dig anything in the world. Not even as OP or without plugins (didn't try without bPerms though yet). Am I missing some kind of option that enables world editing?

    - bPermissions.build
