I have CB Build git-Bukkit-0.0.0-456-g24221c2-b438jnks (MC: 1.3). I have Essentials, Essentials Group Manager and Towny installed.

***I have one group called [Guests] which only have a few commands and should not be able to build at all and that works but the next group up is [Members] and they should be able to build/break and do a whole bunch of commands but for some reason they can't do any of that as if they were still guests. Myself being of the [Server] rank with * in permissions can do anything just fine.***

Problem Solved: Towny unclaimed land build/break was off so no-one except server owners with the * permission could do anything to the environment.

Also I have the settings so TNT and Creepers don't damage the environment but for some reason monsters cannot hurt anybody and no-body can die from things like falling/drowning. PVP is on but they can't hurt each other.

My final (known) problem is that my kits are unable to be used because they don't exist or they don't have a quantity set for each item, which they done.

    My server.props:

    Code:

    # If you receive an error when Essentials loads, ensure that:
    # - No tabs are present: YAML only allows spaces
    # - Indents are correct: YAML heirarchy is based entirely on indentation
    # - You have "escaped" all apostrophes in your text: If you want to write "don't", for example, write "don''t" instead (note the doubled apostrphe)
    # - List items are prefixed with a hyphen and indented:
    # lists:
    # - look like this
    # not:
    # - like this
    # - Text with symbols is enclosed in single or double quotation marks
    # - CraftBukkit and Permissions have been updated: CraftBukkit and Essentials almost always line up, but sometimes other plugins fall behind CraftBukkit's multiple daily updates
    # - You have saved the document as UTF-8, NOT the default, ANSI

Would greatly appreciate anyone who can solve my problem(s) as I've doubled checked my files and everything seems to be in order.

Would this happen to do with the 1.3_01 update and if so is there a .jar for it?

Oh, I'm used to the S button so I totally missed it.

It might be Towny causing the God mode I'm not sure.

    Anyone?

Hey i was having the same issue and i spent a long time troubleshooting. I recommend downloading the latest from essentials and stop blocking tnt explosions. He seems to have made a mistake in his programing that he hasn't caught yet but that should fix it.
