I am looking for a plugin that lets you simply make a portal and use a sign that will tell it where to go to. I have a few worlds in my server but I can't go to them unless a restart my server and change the properties for the server to that world. Is there a plugin that does/has the following. Doesn't use multiverse (I can never get it to work right) few to no commands simple portal design (up to the maker how it is made) sign looks like this for portals: Code: <name> <world> <portal name/"spawn">
