So the problem is, when the server is running in offline mode, then everyone can create many accounts and cheat iConomy money with this (transfering money from one account to another). What I am asking for, is a plugin to disallow people have few accounts using 1 IP. I know that xAuth has this feature, but since I chose AuthMe long time ago, and there's no way to transfer account's passwords then it would be too dangerous to leave accounts without password. So if anyone has a plugin like this, or can make one - then please share or make one, it would be very helpful.

This is pointless plugin kinda atleast mainly because yes you can get the ip and block it however anyone can simply change their ip thus making this plugin useless all they would have to do is either restart their router or use a proxy.
@KompotPL There are already plugins (like LockIP) that do this. I understand the pain of transferring to otehr plugins sometimes, but it's not that bad. It'd prolly be worth switching to a better plugin. Also, my external IP's never changed, and i've never heard of anyone's changing. My internal IP has changed sometimes before I made static. Do external ones do that too, in some cases?
Minecraft.net is down 10% of the time. It only has 90% uptime. For that reason I've put my own server into offline mode. I have purchased an account, and so have most of the people on the server. (we have literally ONE person who hasn't bought the game yet.) The other people who haven't are usually friends of players who want to try the game before eventually buying it. Which they do. Before you start spamming useless "BUY THE GAME" comments try to answer the actual question. There's something called an IP and an email that you can use to protect yourself. The registration can be very simple, and it'll be a lot easier than requiring 5 posts on a forum before getting build rights (or iconomy money). HERE IS HOW: If you have any more questions ask me in private but for now I'll just say email verification and IP relations checking.
Make a permissions group for newcomes - they will not have the permissions for /pay or something else iCOnomy money transfer related - like buy and etc. They will go to a new group on every 40 hours of playtime or something. There is a plugin that counts playtime of players.
Cool idea. Maybe this plugin should look like this. So people would have to play for like 30 mins to be able to transfer money. Is there any plugin for this?
