Error Message - Outdated Server

So as far as I know I have all the updated files but everyone connecting still gets the error messsage "Outdated Server"

I'm using the latest recommended build from thiswebsite

Bukkit hasn't updated to 1.0.0 yet it will be a build after 1337

 

Yeah, you shouldn't be getting that unless you updated your client to 1.0.0.

 

The latest recommended build of Craftbukkit is for 1.8.1 - this means that people connecting to your server with a 1.0.0 client will be disconnected with a message telling them that the server is outdated "Outdated Server".

If you want to update to 1.0.0, you can do so my downloading a development build here. Be warned though, these builds may not be stable and I suggest that you backup your files first before trying it.

Once you have one of those builds, you will be able to connect to the server with a 1.0.0 client.
