    Sayomie

You might want to try changing the port that your server is running on ( im assuming that you are trying to run this on your home pc ). If you want others to connect your will have to assign a static ip for your computer as well as port forward the port that you are using. The port can be changed in server.properties

If you are not sure im talking about when it comes to port forwarding and static ip go here http://portforward.com/ and follow their guides.

As for th plugin issues make sure that your running on the latest build for bukkit. You have to place the .jar files into the plugin folder then perform either a restart or reload to load them.

Not sure if this will help yah but hopefully it does

Also as you are getting the FAILED TO BIND TO PORT PERHAPS A SERVER IS ALREADY RUNNING ON THAT PORT issue you must be running another Minecraft server or some other program through that port so changing the port # should fix that :)

    FAILED TO BIND PORT!

means either change your server-port in server-propeteries (open it in a text editor)
or make sure the server-ip is left blank.

Also make sure you dont have two terminal's open at the same time (Bukkit Servers)
EDIT: Make sure you also are running your Computer Bit example 32 Bit Starters and 64 Bit Starters depending on what your computer is. And you need the latest version of java too
