Problems!

    Okay, so more and more problems! Now any type of user has ALL command access, ladders don't work, server lags when teleporting or at /spawn..I don't know what's going on..someone help?!

    You need to update your build.

    craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

    That is a link to the most recent (stable) build. [432]
    That will for sure fix the ladder issue and the commands issue.
    As far as teleporting (via /spawn) the new file format seems
    to lag teleportation. This is a Minecraft issue, not a Bukkit Issue.
