Few weeks ago, My server was running fine. I launch it now and it will not allow anyone in. I've checked my firewall, it's not blocking it.

Restart your Router and see If that solves the issue. Did you have a static IP? DHCP will always change the IP in your Home Network?

Try using Port '25566' instead of '25565'

The error they get trying to connect would help.

    Did your external IP change?

Tried changing the ports, Still no good.

    Error they receive:

Failed to connect to the server

    Connection refused: connect

Have you checked the server log file for an error?

Make sure your internal IP hasn't changed on your server. Double check to ensure your external IP is still the same (whatismyip.org, or google "what is my IP").

this happens to me sometimes. the problem for me was that my internal changed from like 192.168.1.5 to 192.168.1.3 or something like that. If thas not the problem like @TnT said try seeing if your external changed

My External has not changed. My internal is still the same.

Server logs do not seem to announce an error.

Not sure if that will be any help.

Have you tried completely disabling the windows firewall?
