Hi! This maybe the wrong place to ask this question, but what does "Deticated IP" mean? I'm going to rent a server and don't know if I need the "Deticated IP" Thanks in advance!
Dedicated IP means you don't need to type in ports. E.g 123.456.78:25565 it would be 123.456.78 mc.examplecraft.com:25565 would be mc.examplecraft.com And after a google search. You can find this info here
Dedicated IP means that you, and only you (should) have access to the IP. If you host a Minecraft server, it might be somewhat crucial, because if you won't have Dedicated IP, you might - get an internal IP, which won't let you set up the server - get a shared IP, which will share ports with other people (so, for example, if someone uses 25565 port already, you won't be able to create server on that port)
