Permission 3.1.6 problems

    I dont really know how to use it, im looking for 3 hours like now,, ( its not overpowered )
    So , can someone send me a proper group setup?
    I cant build with my default group, and i dont know how to set it so i can build -.-

    Use bPermissions or PermissionsEx, they're both far easier to use, and have more functionality. Permissions 3 is dead, it's time to move on
