SimpleRegionMarket hotel, could you look at source?

Hello, could someone look at the source of simple region market and tell me how to create hotel?
I tired many ways like:
[hotel]

price

etc but it doesnt work. Its really important to me.
So please decompile it and look at source, im sure you'll know how to create region for rent.
(i checked manual, commands etc, autor forgot to say how to create hotels -,-)
