Towny " You Can't afford to settle a new town here"

Ok i go to make a new town and it says in the title " You Can't afford to settle a new town here" i made town creation 2500 so i thought i would put 10,000 in my iconomy account in game and i still get this issue

any ideas?

Updated the Plugin Properly

 

no no i had the exact same problem and you have to download "register" (assuming you have iconomy6)
cause if u have iconomy6 you have to have register.

you can find this on their towny page where it has the links to get the iconomy plugins.

i am having the same problem it happened atleast 2 days ago and it said you cannot afford to settle a town here it is all updataed and I have 8 billion please help me
