Made a New server and need some help!

ok ive been searching every where and cant find a solution to my problem. i am able to join my server but my friends are not able to join. I am running build 1240 on windows 7. any help would be greatly appreciated

 

post back with the answers to the questions in my sig. and post your server.properties

 

Or you could tell him that he needs to port forward, which would be the most obvious problem. Then he could tell you that he already did (if he did) and you could take it from there.
