   We've recently reached our max capacity and I'm looking into the various plugins for VIPs, etc. I don't want to kick anyone when a VIP logs in, and I know that our server could handle more people. But I'd prefer to have a way to let VIP users login no matter how many others are on. So if the max is 30, they would login anyway making it 31.
   
   Is there a plugin for this?

   You get one of these: http://plugins.bukkit.org/#ti=reserve&ta=all&au=&subm=false&pno=0
   Then add 50 players to the player limit and tell your reserve plugin to reserve 50 slots
