Bukkit bug or not?

    Hello. I have a problem. Playing in Minecraft I noticed that from time to time to all players on the server is given for 3-4 iron ingot with message: "Everyone else got some iron Ignots". Screenshot is below. This problem bakitt or plugins?

    I know for a fact there is a plugin which does this, i cant remember which one but its not bukkit, its a plugin.
