Plugin CommandHandler

    Hi, I couldn't find this via searching; I'm wondering if anyone could provide the original source of this Command Handler class I've been seeing in a lot of plugins like Heroes and Citizens. It seems very versatile and uses Java's annotation features so I'd like to implement it in my own plugins.
    Sorry for the spoon feed request, but I'm antiRTFM and I totally support helping others out. Thank you all in advanced and I can't wait to contribute to this community soon!

    All the source files are listed on the bukkit javadoc. The link to the source file is here: *link*. There isn't a CommandHandler class, but I hope CommandExecuter works!
