Bukkit will leak tears ;'(

LOL, Was playing around with 1149 and everything loaded up fine with the exception of citizens and Wapoint 1.5. So I removed those. Downloaded the 1060 version of Wapoint and when I try to use any Waypoint command. I get, and I laugh. "Bukkit sad, Bukkit want you to access command but Bukkit cannot let you. Bukkit will leak tears ;'("

So is this just an incompatibility issue?

 

same thing with /lwc, but no errors in console and Chests still get auto-protected when placed.

Sorry if this is a bad explanation but it should work. To fix it: Go to your Groupmanager/Permissions users and type '*' there, and not [ ], because it's a bug that it can't read *'s in the groups, so put it in the users instead. My file:
