Is it possible to have a certain message for players who try join to server and they got wrong version of game? Example: Player 1 connects to server but he has 1.8 minecraft and server runs 1.7.3 Could it be possible that he gets a message: You have wrong client version. Please go to www.semicraft.proboards.com and find out how you can join the server. or something else? Coz the Bukkit remote toolkit plugin has the "own" messages for people when restarting or shutting down, could this be changed for ppl who try join with wrong version of game also then?
doh i know what it is but i also get this: Code: 07:17 PM [SEVERE] java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 254 07:17 PM [SEVERE] at net.minecraft.server.Packet.a(Packet.java:73) 07:17 PM [SEVERE] at net.minecraft.server.NetworkManager.g(NetworkManager.java:149) 07:17 PM [SEVERE] at net.minecraft.server.NetworkManager.c(NetworkManager.java:259) 07:17 PM [SEVERE] at net.minecraft.server.NetworkReaderThread.run(SourceFile:84) 07:17 PM [INFO] /80.220.49.91:60545 lost connection All im saying, id want a plugin or such which would info the player who tries to connect with wrong client or something to contact me or someone else at my forums for example? thank you
