Hello Guys, actually i want have much funny time with some friends on my new minecraft server and now i search the best plugins for it. We want play serious, without any item cheating. The Only things we want are: A Permission Plugin that is easy to handle that new player cant do things or destroy anything. !!!NO GODMODE OR FLIGHT!!! What we can use too? Please help me.

The best one for teleporting is Stargate. You make a regular portal, like one to the nether, abd out a sign on it and it becomes a portal just put the name of the portal you want on the first line, and where you want the portal to go on the second line(The name of the portal at where you want to teleport to
Essentials is horrible, stay away from it. Use: PEX/bPermissions MultiVerse if you got multiple worlds WorldGuard WorldEdit CommandBook NoCheat HawkEye ModTRS (Trust me, you'll want it as you grow bigger)
Mostly i use these plugins Recommended [By All] Essentials GroupManager MCMMO WorldEdit WorldGuard NoCheatPlus ClearLag AutoAnnouncer [Factions, Towny, SG, HG, etc.] What i recommend not to use with explanations Multiverse [All]: I recommend not to use this because the more worlds means the more lag on your console and if there are more lag on your lag on your console so as on the server. You may use it but make sure you are running a hosted server that has 4GB and above. [I will edit this as soon as i find more plugins and studied them well] Thank You, Drone991

Some people think that general commands plugins are worse than getting individual function plugins always for performance. Often without checking if it actually improves performance or reduces it. Mostly the difference is completely unnoticeable.
