Is their a plugin like this?

    I was looking for a chat plugin that makes it so you have to be near a player to hear them. Say I was out of the render distance to see a player and he said "apples" I wouldn't be able to hear but if someone said "apples" right next to me I could hear it?

    herochat has that as well as other chat plugins

    I know of Herochat and EssentialsChat
    Herochat is the best though!

    Yeah HeroChat or EssentialsChat.

    And please learn the difference between their, there and they're.
