NO MOBS SPAWN AT ALL IN BUKKIT! HELP!

I dont have any plugins that keep them from spawning. On the server.properties everything is true.

 

if you have your view-distance too small, they wont spawn. try setting it to a larger number. The default (10) should work fine.

 

im having this same issue, no plugin that block monsters and i set monsters to true, but thay wont spaen, and when i use a plugin to spawn mobs they run aroung for a few seconds then dissapear

 

its not the view distance

 

Recently generated worlds seem to not spawn many mobs to start. Idk why but it does.
Explore a bit.

 

the mobs may stop spawning if u have citizens plugin. When I removed it my mobs spawned again..

 

Do you use MultiVerse? Note that it has a per world config for mob spawns.
