[WIP] Harness - Keep from falling off buildings!

    Harness is a plugin I'm working on for people that work in high places. You use it by clicking a fence post with string. The more string you have, the farther you can go! Its still in early development, but I'll keep you all updated!

    I do not understand how it would lower the player down? like with a block under them? or sorta like the SSP Mod: Grappling hook, by 303
