[REQ] War Survival Mode (I'll pay 20$ to the developer who makes this)

Greetings,

I have an great idea for an Minecraft world, that i actualy have tried out for some time now and the players that have tested it, love it!

Its very simple, its Survival but whit an little change from the vanilla type!
Most server has the rules like "no griefing" and "no killing", but is that really survival?
Your trapt on an unkown place and are figthing to survive, but you cant steel and kill the others, that you try to survive better than?!
That makes no sense at all, its NOT survival! Stop calling it that!

We like to call this "War Survival Mode"!

- There is NO rules! (ofc, there is not allowed to use fly mod/xray and so on, but thats it)

Simpel as that! You can kill each other, you can rob other houses and take all the chest'es on the way out! You can burn the neighbor's house and steel his farm!

This is an very funny game, and it makes the survival feels more, real!
However, i am looking for an plugin that makes this even better, and more fun!

War Survival Mode, plugin:

- Players need to choose a team before they start to play!
- The team is based on wool colors!
- When a players has choosen his team, his head will from that time, ALWAYS stays, looking like an wool block (whit the color of his team)!
- The first player that chooses a team, is the leader of that team! That means, no one else can join that team, if he is not accepting it! (some1 probebly whant to survive alone?)
- If you have choosed a team, there is no way back! You cant choose again!
- The players in the same team, cant kill eachother, as their goal is to beat the others!
- If some1 from (example) team red, kills some1 in team blue, the team red will get 1 KILL point, and the team blue, 1 DEATH point! ALSO, the player that killed will get an PLAYER point, and the same for the player that died, he gets an DEATH point!
- One of the most important thing whit this plugin, is the MONUMENT! There will be a place where any team can set the team block color in an monument, and when they have done that, the team get 1 points (and the player that have done it, also get 1 point!)
- The teams wool, will be inside that monument, untill another team breaks the block and put their block in it!
- Every X minutes, the wool is inside the monument, the team gets points!
-Every kills and every monument action, WILL be seen world wide in the chat, EXAMPLE:

Team RED is now the owner of the MONUMENT! 1 Point to red!
Team RED is STILL the owner of the MONUMENT! 1 more point to red!
Team BLUE has taken over the MONUMENT! 1 Point to Blue!
Player "SantaCluas" from team RED killed Player "Jesus" from team Blue!


-The team (and players) will get ranked, witch can be seen if you type (example) /wsmrank!

Example on what will be showing when you type /wsmrank:

I hope some1 out there will help me make this plugin, and i will pay him as promised in the tittle, 20$!

This plugin however, will NOT be given to any1 else! Thats why i pay!

EDIT1:

I whant every team (teamleader) to be able to set teamhome!

Example on commands:

/setteamhome <---- set the current block your standing on, to the home of the team!

/teamhome <---- the command that every players in the team use to get to the home!

EDIT2:

I also need it to be an "flag" inside the teams houses/home!

This flag will be added automaticly when the team leader types /setteamhome!

The flag can be destroyd by any other team, and this gives the team 1 team point and the player that did it, 1 player point! It needs to be an freez time on how often the flag can be destroyd! Or else, some1 at the middle of the night when every1 is offline, can just destroy it on, and on! I think 30 minutes should be an good freeze time!

EDIT3:

There is also going to be 2 commands showing the top 3 teams and players!

This is a good plugin for a Team PVP server, not excactly a normal PVP server. But anyways its a pretty cool idea

Hehe, I was bored last night so I programmed it on a piece of paper. You can still have the money, if you'd like (I didn't mean to take it from you ).

 

I dont care who make it, the first that say he will do it will get the job! But i am not up for any amature, that uses like 6 months to make it, and dont coop whit me good! Since i need this plugin JUST the way i whant it!

I would be glad if the one that are going to make it, add me on skype so we can talk more about it!

I will probebly pay more if the developer is coop'ing good whit me, and really get it the way i whant it! I have no problames whit paying 50$!!
