Need a coder for hire!

Hey guys, first of all I would lime to note that this was written on my phone, so please excuse any mistakes.
So to the point. I would like to hire a coder for our server. If you are interested and have time, please read on.

What you would need to know/do (Note, I will hire multiple people if somebody can do a certain thing, but not the other):
1) You would need to be advanced at developing.
2) We need somebody who could make a website and some website widgets if possible. <--- Highly needed!
3 We need somebody who could make plugins on demand and keep them up to date. (If possible, have knowledge of Spout) Done, but still taking volunteers if you want!

Remember, we will hire multiple people, so if you don't know how to do EVERYTHING, don't worry. But you need to be advanced (Or at least fairly advanced) at what you do.

I could create a Design for your website, im pretty good at designing however Coding, im good at but not very good, I usually have a few errors here and there :/

For Plugins onto you site, all you'll are to look online for jQuery scripts such as imagine sliders etc, and I could add those.
