Buy/Sell Land: Best Plugin?

hello, i am lookinf for a plugin to enable me to buy and sell land on my server. I use world edit to create my regions - and i would like to make them available as property user can buy. Maybe also make different properties available to different groups? I am using iConomy as my money system

 

Well im not sure of a plugin but you could just manually sell land with the /money give command...Im not familiar with Towny very much but i do know that you can have taxes and stuff on your land...Also, this website which also i am not familiar with may have something to your use...http://serverspace.tumblr.com/ ....it will be a new minecraft server mod that makes plugins like towny a whole lot easier

 

There is a plugin that works with world gaurd and you sell land with signs. I forget the name, but i will try find it or hopfully someone knows what i am talking about. Or you could use residence

why don't you try Towny, it's a little bit more advanced in land managing
