Urgent, players spawning signs?

I have on bukkit build 1000.

Recently a player of mine, who is 1 rank about "New" told me he found a glitch. He is able to spawn a sign every time he tries to place a normal rail on obsidian. Im the server owner and when I place one it says: "StationBlock Created" in yellow. Then in white it says: "Wire it up and place a station sign under it."

Some plugins I think may be subject to doing this are:
-Falsebook
-Worldedit
-Worldguard
-Essentials

It may not be these I am not sure.

Also, it does not let him place the rail, it gives him the rail back, aswell as a sign. And it tells them "You're not allowed to place station blocks".

Any idea what is causing this and how i can prevent this from happening?

 

That's obviously a plugin doing that...WorldEdit/Guard and Essentials certainly don't do that. I never used Falsebook so i really don't know, look into it and try to set the permissions, i'm sure you can have only the admins to use that feature.
