permissions 3.1.6 with iChat 2.3.3?

    hello,
    i have permissions 3.1.6 and iChat 2.3.3 but if i put them together i get this:
    Code:
    2011-07-23 13:23:16 [INFO] [iChat] Found Permissions (v3.1.6)
2011-07-23 13:23:16 [INFO] [iChat] Permissions plugin not found or wrong version. Disabling
2011-07-23 13:23:16 [INFO] [iChat] iChat Disabled
    and when i go back to permissions 3.1 or 2.7 i get the same.
    how can i fix this?
