I would like a plugin that will allow me to control what mobs spawn above ground and how often they spawn. It would be great if you could include the ability to control features of mobs, such as the creeprs tnt effect blowing up blocks. Thanks.
I'm also interested in the first part of what he said. A plugin that can change how rare animals are. Because I run this desert survival server and I have to have animals turned off, as it just spawns to many animals.
