item command for colored cloth?

    This sort of applies to the default /give command and hmod's /item command too. How do you get the different colored cloth blocks or dyes? I know you put the hex in somewhere, and this applies to other things like water and the stages of plant growth, but what is the syntax for extra values?

    I have been trying to implement this in a plugin but I can't seem to get it to work. I'm not sure if currently possible unless I'm trying all the wrong methods.

    George, coloured cloth is cloth with different damages (1-15)
