Hello please help sombody grief on my server i got ownblock but they can put blocks on there others blocks so they cant remove them they can make a box around there house much more what should i do ?

Yeah, unfortunately there are alot of people here from other countries like Germany and France, its sometimes hard to understand them (really, im not making fun of him).
You could use bzone or other similar plugins. Or you could use the default group and make sure they can't build like I do.
