Hi, this is a weird one. Every time I reset my server, the spawn point sets itself to a point quite quite far away from the servers original default spawn point...normally on top of a tree (although I've now dug a hole around the spawn point as sometimes it'd spawn you on top of the tree and at other times, you'd spawn in the dirt underneath the tree). I've tried SpawnX and also Spawny and although they do set the spawn point in my world, once the server restarts, the spawn point sets itself back to near the tree again. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and has found an actual fix (not interested in work-arounds i.e. teleporters at the spawn point). I've had this problem for quite some time (since Minecraft Beta 1.5) and it's just got to the point now where I really want to find a fix. So, anyone have any ideas?
Try essentials or command book and if that does not work than get a portal plugin and put A portal near the spawn that they can use
Hi tcvs, Thanks for the reply. I already use CommandBook and I don't like essentials as I've had too many issues when it's been installed. After much trying of various plugins I've found that SpawnControl resolves my issue!
