players can't build. (only ops can)

    Hi,

    I have a server where the players can't build and only ops can.
    i have the plugin permissions, and essentials (deleted the essentials groupmanager and groupbridge)
    the people can't build, but i don't want to make them op, because they can do all commands when they are op.
    in permissions build is set to true.

    o never mind, it was too close to the spawn, is there a way to make the spawn area smaller?

    Yes, change it in the server properties file :p

    Im having the same problem where only OPs can build and i am nowhere near the spawn. I have permissions build set to true so i dont know what else could be wrong.

    Check with essential protect :/ Is your default group set to build: false?
