Can someone make FLAN'S MODS usable in bukkit servers

I am one of those who will have planes, vehicles and weapons in bukkit servers. andtherefore I would suggest if it is possible and convert it into a plugin.

Atm it isnt possible due to the fact you cant send clients custom Content.

well it seems to work though i saw it on the Minecraft forums it requires a client and server mod and is a tad hard to install

Still on 1.6.6 though cause who really uses 1.7.2 anyways? Isnt really that hard to install anyways, as for client side just zip everything you need up and put it on the site.
