   Ok so i have my server. I oped myself and Made my self admin with Essentials groupmanager BUT I CANT BUILD! Please help! this is so annyoing!

   keep in mind that not all plugins support permissions 3.x currently there is a massive push for plugins to support the archetecture however it is not fully done yet. this will take time.
