[Developer Plugin] Warning System

Hey Guys This Is My New Plugin Idea Each Person Can Have A Their Own Warning System Which A Admin/Moderator Can Set. Each Person Gets 3 Warnings First Warning: One Mark Next To Your Name. Second Warning: 2 Marks And Something Such As A Mute. Third Warning 3 Marks Next To Your Name And A Temp-Ban. To Remove The Marks From Your Username You Must Ask The Mod Or Admin Who Gave You The Mark To Remove It They Can Choose To Or Not! The Plugins That Could Be Possibly Be Linked To It: Permissions, MCbans, NoCheat, NChat (Hero Chat ect) iConomy And Possibly Even Essentials

I Do The Same Thing. What You Gonna Do? Complain More? Nothing Wrong With Keeping Your Letters "Clean".

This will need a database, not recommended for FlatFile or a .txt OR .yml.
