Problems with Permissions 3 x

Hello,
i've got many Problems with Permissions. I can't promote ingame. I don't know, how can i do it.
Next Problem, I can't see the Prefix ingame.
Witch Plugins i need to promote ingame, and with plugin i need to see Prefix in game?
Normaly I have done it with groupmanager, but I want use Permissions 3x now.
Under groupmanager, jobs plugin is not working.
I have seen the tutorial from Permissions 3x thread, but i have made the same thing. It's not working.
I am sorry for my english.
Perhaps, somebody can answer in german.

 

Have you set a permission node up for the promoting command? Any features without a permission node installed is broken.

The command is /pr <username> promote
The permission node for that and similar commands is permissions.promote.<track>

Install the node into a group you want the ability to promote people.
