Command Cooldown?

    I can't find an existing plugin for this, but I have certain commands from various plugins that I would like to keep on a cooldown system (for abuse reasons :p) Is there any plugin that does this, or could someone perhaps make such a plugin?

    Do you want a cooldown for ALL commands (i.e. I say /ban, can't /kick or anything else for 10 seconds) or for 1 (i.e. I say /ban, I can't /ban but I can do anything else?

    @7rmb7: For specific commands, configurable preferably.

    @Mojo: I swear I searched for "cooldown" -.- Thanks a bunch, works just fine :)
