Help with player privileges

Hi,

My friends and I have been running a private server since Jan. and we're all currently OPs on the server. How can I set up Permissions so that we can all have powers, but still be able to jail each other. (Of course when jailed, revoking those powers). I've tried Regios and Jailing plugins, but they don't support Admins being jailed. So how can I have the OPs have command access, but also have them able to be administrated?

Maybe Permissions?

You probably can't jail each other because the ops have 'jail.exempt' or something like that, giving him immunity from being jailed. I think permissions would help solve that problem. Just make sure to add - '-jail.exempt' (or whatever the node is) to the admin group.

First you can just copy and paste your YAML into code. Don't need a download link.
Second I am actually not sure what "global" groups and users do. I think it would be safer to use the world-specific folder with the groups.yml and users.yml instead.
