whenever i try to make a bukkit server for more than one person i get an error message...Please help

whenever i start making the server i get this message:

can someone tell me what i have to do to fix this?

help please! i need help with this in the next 20 min!

You probably have a server of some kind running on that port already. Try restarting your computer, and then try again.

 

leave the server-IP on server.properties blank and portforward your IP to 25562
now how to do that portforwarding?I DONT KNOW
i cant seem to portforward my ip myself...

another way is using hamachi...download it and install
ask friends to install this too...you create a hamachi network
ask friends to join your network
put HAMACHI-IP on your server-IP in server.properties(oh and put online-mode to false too)
start server, start minecraft
put your HAMACHI-IP in multiplayer minecraft and press connect(tell friends in your hamachi network to do this last bit)
