What am i doing wrong with "Permissions"?

    Here. I maked sure EVERYTHING was perfect, but still it wont work.

    PROBLEM: I want the character "bravematt" to be in the GROUP "Owner"
    but when i log in, "bravematt" is in group "Defult"

    Please tell me how can i fix? you can skype me or leave a reply below.

    SKYPE: Bravematt1

    I ATTACHED MY FILES FOR YOU TO VIEW: just open it and tell me if you see anything wrong. thanks!

    (they came from plugins/permissions/Sever World

    delete unnecessary spaces on the very bottom of users.yml
