   I see people flying around on my server even with the "allow-flight=false" option in the Properties file.
   How is that possible?
   I even downloaded a command disabling plugin to disable /fly

   The allow-flight= false is a terrible way to stop flymodders.
   
   Id suggest using a bukkit plugin that stops people using flymods and speeds
