Hitting other players normally removes your sprint when you hit someone. I would like it to not do that

    Minecraft version: 1.8.9

    Suggested name: NoPvPSlow

What I want: Hitting other players normally removes your sprint when you hit someone. I would like it to not do that.

Doesn't need to have any commands or configuration

It's something MCPVP (now brawl) has had since at least 2012, yet I haven't been able to find any plugins that does the same

This seems easy, I can probably get this done within today or tmrw,

For clarification, do you want it just to not cancel the sprint, or to have no knockback entirely? (The first one being much harder)

Pretty sure he meant the first one. Seeing the hit particles on your screen means you move slower for a little bit, he asked for a plugin that removes that slowness (it's not the potion effect ok u dont random get slowness 4 for hitting a player in vanilla)

When you get hit, you don't move slower for a bit, you get knocked back, turning your velocity into the negatives, hence why it's called knockback.

To keep sprint on knockback would be impossible because that would mean on hit, your velocity would need to stay positive to keep the sprint, the only way to do that by not cancelling knockback entirely is by slowing the player down, for example using slowness 4.

Not when you get hit, but when you CLICK, i repeat, when the attacker CLICKS, the attacker moves slower for a bit. It is said to be there to nerf the hitting from behind in v.1.7.x minecraft.
I repeat for the third time, when you CLICK and see those hit particles, not when you GET CLICKED, you move SLOWER in my experience because I had ToggleSprint enabled.
    Knockback is not relevant here.

Yes, I see what you mean after I test.

@Swiftex, is that what you want?
