Heading Teleportaion

Minecraft version: Minecraft 1.14.4 and 1.15.2

Suggested name: HeadingTeleportation

What I want: The idea is simple. It is based off of a heading, which is the angle relative to compass directions. It's basically a plugin that allows you to type in the length and angle of a 2D vector and you will be automatically teleported to the coordinates (These coordinates would be relative to your current position.) Important detail: The angle would start at zero in the Z axis (facing North) and then rotate clockwise.

Ideas for commands: /tph <length> <angle>

Ideas for permissions: tph.teleport

When I'd like it by: Within the next 2-3 days if possible
