Disable the brewing of strength II

I would like a plugin that disables the brewing of strength II.
I believe its possible to make it so that if they put a strength potion and glow stone in a brewing stand nothing will happen. If that's possible that's how I'd like it to work. No messages or anything. Simply stop players from brewing strength II potions. I would like it asap. Disable for regular players and operators. No permissions, no commands. Just stop strength II potions from being brewed.

I probably should've specified the version lol, sorry. I need it for a 1.8.9 jar. I'll test it real quick and let you know if it works.

Note that this plugin prevents brewing strength 2 in multiple different ways including insertion from hoppers, adding the ingredients by hand, and if this fails, the brewing result will get reverted / cancelled.
