Buy Plots With Items

What I Want: For my server, I need a plugin that allows you to buy a plot of land for a set price of diamonds. All the plot plugins that I have seen have the plots being bought for in-game money (100$, 150$, ext.)

I think that that overcomplicates the survival aspect of the survival server, as you have to sell items to "the server" so I was looking for a plugin that does the same thing as others like Plot Squared, but you buy the region, or plot using a number of diamonds (16, 32, ext.)

If you know of a plugin similar that already exists, then Great! Otherwise, I'm not sure if it would be possible to combine a shop plugin with something like PolotSquared so you can buy the regions with diamonds.

The plugin would also use signs similar to a shop plugin to buy the plots of land.

Please describe it better,should it also provide the plots or is there already one wich it should hook up to,also follow the model provided
