Hello My NPC do not talk to players, just talking to ppl who have op help!

    Also Yes I tried /npc Hear NPCs by click or walking near with talk-close this commands but didnt help

    well npc come from citizens 2 and I am hosting minehut server

    The Citizens' Wiki (which is what I assume you're using) states:
    Note that players need the citizens.npc.talk permission to hear NPCs!
