   So I am trying to add a resource pack to my server, and all it changes are the music discs. Whenever I join the server, it downloads the resource pack but then the music discs are still unchanged. Could someone help me with this please? www.dropbox.com/s/fl…cwwemjx/Cool%20Music.zip?dl\=1

   It looks like you are using a url that points to the folder for the zip, and not the direct file url. What you should be able to do is click on the link and immediately have a pop-up appear asking to download the file.
   
   Try getting the direct link to the zip file, which should be available when you share the file. Just make sure to set dl=0 to dl=1, and try it to make sure you get the popup.
