    What I want: I want to have a plugin like this one, https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/custom-mobs because it doesnt work anymore on 1.13.2 and i would like it to work on 1.13.2, you may also just update that plugin because fortunately the author has given the link from the source in de comment section
    When I'd like it by: As soon as possible, there is no rush.
