Sit&Lay plugin

What I want: I want a plugin where you can do /lig to lay and /zit to sit down anywhere.
I know there is a plugin like this simplesit but you can't see yourself laying and it has other commands.
And if you want to give the source to if I ever need someone to add stuff i'll won't change the original maker of the plugin tho!

Ideas for commands:
/zit ---> makes you just sit
/lig ---> just makes you lay

Ideas for permissions:
dhpsit.zit to use /zit
dhpsit.lig to use /lig
