An easy to manage Shop GUI plugin

What I want: I would like this plugin to be similar to GUIShop as with the config and shops etc, but since it is very buggy, I am requesting one here (this is not a player shop, it is a shop for the server).

I would like the GUI to first show the categories of different items, e.g. redstone, blocks, farming, spawners, etc. I can provide further detailed examples of what I would like to be shown in the entire shop. Then when you click on the items of each category, they will bring you to another page with all the items listed under that category, with a back button in one of the bottom rows.

Another feature I would like added is access to certain shop categories with permission. Say the default rank has access to the whole shop but there is one donator only shop named "Donator" with other items inside, I would like only the ranks allowed to have access to a specific category (that can be in config per catergory for settings, whether or not you need a permission to view/use it). This is also not a primary feature, so if it can't be done, it is no problem

One of the main problems I have had with shop plugins is the prices and items, so if it is possible to be done, I would really appreciate it if you make a settings UI in game to edit the shop categories and prices (things like rows can be put in config I don't mind), but if it is too difficult, it's no problem, just make a separate file with the shop's contents in it, even if you can (e.g. customizable categories and items with prices).

Ideas for commands: /shop (to open the shop) /shop settings (to bring up the GUI to edit the shop)

Ideas for permissions: /shop should be allowed for everyone by default, easyshop.category.*locked category name* (if one category is locked, the permission will have the name of the category) and lastly easyshop.edit which will be the permission to edit the shop.

To be able to customise the items used for the categories and items in the shop, as well as the prices and being able to create them.
